We acquire dilapidated properties, old houses, abandoned buildings, and unfinished or carcass structures.

Each property is carefully inspected, structurally assessed, and renovated or finished to premium standards before being resold or leased within a short execution cycle.

  • Rebirth then provides a clear renovation or finishing cost, a design direction aligned with the buyer’s taste, and a defined execution timeline.
  • The buyer funds the property acquisition.
  • Rebirth funds and manages the renovation or finishing.
  • Upon completion, the buyer pays Rebirth the agreed renovation cost.

Investor Confidence Guarantee

If the buyer is not satisfied with the final outcome, Rebirth refunds the renovation payment and resells the property to a buyer whose taste matches the finished property.
