- Rebirth conducts a structural assessment, cost evaluation, and design feasibility review.
- Rebirth then provides a clear renovation or finishing cost, a design direction aligned with the buyer’s taste, and a defined execution timeline.
- The buyer funds the property acquisition.
- Rebirth funds and manages the renovation or finishing.
- Upon completion, the buyer pays Rebirth the agreed renovation cost.
Investor Confidence Guarantee
If the buyer is not satisfied with the final outcome, Rebirth refunds the renovation payment and resells the property to a buyer whose taste matches the finished property.
